Job Overview

As a UX Design Specialist, you will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and user-friendly experiences for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the user interface and overall user experience.
  • Understand user needs, conduct research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions.
  • Communicate clear ideas to stakeholders through documentation, reviews, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design work.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and standard processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while producing high-quality design work on tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Figma and ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Expertise in designing global, universal, and accessible products.
  • Background in software development or related field.
