Senior UX/UI Design Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the visual design and user experience of our data products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Advise on UX/UI design best practices and provide recommendations to optimize user interactions and engagement.
  2. Lead graphic design and data visualization work, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  3. Stay abreast of industry trends and apply innovative approaches to push the boundaries of industry standards.
  4. Drive innovation in data visualization and design, utilizing the latest tools and technologies, and applying design thinking principles.
  5. Conceptualize and create high-fidelity designs and prototypes for AI utilization to increase efficiency and data retrieval.
  6. Develop feature roadmaps and prioritize design enhancements based on user feedback and business objectives.
  7. Accountable for user-centric and aesthetic presentation of data insights through various data products such as dashboards and apps.
  8. Create prototypes, mockups, and demonstrations of new platform features and elements to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with design agency partners for specialized design solutions, ensuring alignment with company branding and compliance standards.

Essential Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in data visualization and dashboard design.
  • Design Thinking: Essential for this role. Creative thinking, and attention to detail, crafting interactive elements to make data products not only informative but also engaging and intuitive to use.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, driving successful outcomes in dynamic and complex environments.
  • Data Visualization: Ability to create clear, compelling, and accurate visual representations of data to aid in decision-making.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of visualization tools and software commonly used in the industry.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience working in heavily regulated industries is advantageous.
  • Knowledge and appetite for data analytics is a plus.
  • Strong team player who is dynamic and result-oriented.
