The primary role of a University Success Manager is to be the key liaison between our organization and partner universities. This involves ensuring seamless onboarding, successful contract execution, and smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies for assigned universities, focusing on operational, contractual, and administrative milestones.
- Coordinate with internal teams and university stakeholders to finalize memorandums of understanding (MOUs), execute service agreements, and establish escrow accounts.
- Facilitate curriculum alignment, infrastructure readiness, and website integration to ensure a cohesive experience for all parties involved.
- Streamline admissions processes by integrating our systems with those of partner universities and providing necessary training for relevant staff members.
- Conduct regular review calls with university stakeholders and internal teams to monitor progress, address bottlenecks, and maintain open communication channels.
- Maintain centralized trackers and dashboards to monitor readiness, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate data-driven decision making.
- Escalate and resolve operational blockers promptly to prevent delays in launch timelines.
- Establish and maintain relationship maps for each university to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the Academic Program Operations team after launch, guaranteeing continuity and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Results-Oriented Delivery Achieve timely results in fast-paced environments.
- Stakeholder Management Influence without direct authority through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Process Improvement Identify gaps in existing processes and develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Communication Excellence Strong verbal and written skills in English; local language fluency is an asset.
- Problem-Solving Navigate complex bureaucracy and resolve operational blockers effectively.
- Multi-Tasking Manage multiple universities simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Partner Success, Client Servicing, Enterprise Onboarding, or Higher Education Partnerships.
- Proven track record in delivering high-value projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-stage companies is essential.
- Familiarity with education sector operations is a plus.
