Regional Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Head to lead our team of Student Recruitment Managers across multiple regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and consistency in student enrolments, while developing and executing regional recruitment strategies aligned with our global objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum 6-10 years of experience in higher education student recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role
  • A proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving regional student recruitment targets
  • Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and people management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities across diverse cultures
