Job Description

Senior Associate – Overseas MBBS Counselling

As a Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in engaging with students and parents, managing admissions, and ensuring a smooth journey for students aiming to study medicine abroad. You will be responsible for providing detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations, as well as conducting one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals.

  • Student Engagement & Counseling: Reach out to prospective students via phone, email, or in-person sessions.
  • Provide detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations.

Application Management: Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions, coordinate with foreign universities to ensure smooth processing, and keep students updated on application status and additional requirements.

Post-Registration Support: Guide students through visa applications and document preparation, conduct pre-departure orientations for students and families, and resolve last-mile queries before departure.

Post-Flying Support: Provide check-ins and settlement guidance once students reach abroad, act as a liaison between students and universities, and offer continued assistance for academic and cultural adaptation.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with prior experience in overseas education/MBBS counselling, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking ability, empathy and a student-first approach, and knowledge of overseas medical education systems. A laptop is mandatory.
