Job Description

As a Senior Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through the complete study abroad process – from university selection to admissions and visa guidance. You will provide expert advice on course choices, applications, and visa processes while ensuring seamless transitions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized support to students aspiring to study abroad, tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
  • Support students in selecting the right courses, navigating application procedures, and obtaining visas.
  • Lead junior counsellors, providing mentorship and coaching to enhance team performance and promote professional growth.
  • Stay abreast of global education systems and visa policies, applying knowledge to drive student success.
  • Effectively manage student data using CRM tools and MS Office, fostering efficiency and accuracy in record-keeping.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in overseas education counselling, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills, enabling effective collaboration with students and colleagues alike.
  • In-depth knowledge of global admission and visa processes, allowing for informed decision-making and strategic guidance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, streamlining operations and enhancing productivity.
