We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of QA Testing Specialist in our organization.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience with software testing and test automation, specifically with Selenium testing web, mobile, and APIs. They should also have experience with designing test automation frameworks using various scripless automation tools. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of CI/CD processes and be able to collaborate with development and QA teams across shores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, leveraging scripting languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP
  • Hands-on Functional Testing experience with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion and Financials
  • Analyze and improve existing test automation strategies and processes
  • Drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams across shores and define efficient methods to create
  • Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing
  • Empower and enhance delivery from offshore ensure close coordination
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Lead initiatives to drive reusability and consistency with industry standard best practices
  • Mentor and train team members on best practices in test automation
  • Create detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have at least 12 years of experience in software testing and test automation and 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements. They should also have mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, mobile, and APIs and experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium. Additionally, they should have proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scripless automation tools including but not limited to Tosca, Test Complete, Robot Framework.
