Job Title:

Senior Executive – Finance

Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing reconciliations for customer and vendor ledgers, as well as inter-company transactions.

The ideal candidate will review and verify supplier invoices in line with contractual agreements and record entries in the BOS system.

Key responsibilities include preparing monthly MIS reports, revenue statements, and reconciling income and expenditure reports.

Apart from this, the candidate will oversee monthly billing for cargo handling and counter sales, ensuring daily/monthly BOS reconciliation.

Monitoring receivables, following up with debtors, and preparing monthly ageing reports are also key aspects of this role.

The successful candidate will maintain and update financial data across systems such as RSmart and COSYS.

In addition to this, the candidate will process invoices and accurately record receipts.

Generating MIS reports and costing sheets for Air India GH & CH using BOS financial data is another crucial responsibility.

The candidate must ensure proper documentation and backup for all financial transactions.

Conducting general ledger reviews and analysis is also a key requirement of this role.

The candidate will assist auditors during financial audits and statement preparation.

Qualifications:

  • B.Com/ CA Inter with 3–7 years of relevant experience.
  • M.Com or MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications and financial systems.

Preferred Experience:

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Exposure to the aviation industry is a plus.
