Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects.

This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and financial acumen.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Alignment: Ensure projects are aligned with company goals and conduct thorough business case analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead diverse project teams, foster collaboration, and manage expectations.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Budget & Resource Optimization: Develop and control project budgets, ensuring financial prudence and optimal resource allocation.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve intricate business challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Drive organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Process Improvement & Governance: Establish robust project governance frameworks and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project management.
  • MBA required.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects with significant business impact.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in project management software.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, business process re-engineering, and organizational development.
  • Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience with portfolio management and program management.
  • Background in consulting or a highly matrixed organizational environment.
  • Understanding of various industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
