Junior RPA Developer Role:

As a champion of process excellence, you will build assisted automation, human collaboration automation, and full automation solutions using industry-standard technologies and platforms. You will work closely with our Business analyst and Operations teams to brainstorm and discuss project ideas, deploy, and maintain projects.

You will work on meaningful timelines under project mode and execute the creation of robots, ensuring they are efficient, well-structured, and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft Automation process solutions according to standard Automation design principles and conventions and in accordance with Operational needs.
  • Code and script in any of the automation tools and resolve issues with the Automation.
  • Configure new Automation using core automation tools that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
  • Communicate with Business analysts and clients on every progress.
  • Build and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phase.
  • Support the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases.
  • Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
  • Succesfully manage issues that arise every single day because of running the Automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in programming (including scripting or coding), SQL, and relational databases, and application development.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in RPA Development using Automation Anywhere (preferred), UiPath, or BluePrism.
  • Solid experience designing, developing, and configuring automation bots that meet Operations needs and are in-line with client requirements.
  • Proficient in ensuring adherence to Design Automation solution by managing standard design principles and conventions.
  • Ability to develop Bots/Automation job code/scripts that are well-structured.
  • Expertise in UAT testing, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance of scripts.

Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Prior Experience with Automation tools such as Automation Anywhere (preferred) or Ui Path and Blue Prism.
  • Experience in python scripting and ability to reverse engineer existing scripts to understand the process flow.
  • Understanding of APIs and their use in automating processes using scripting languages.
  • Ambitious individuals who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work.
  • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management.
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in ECE, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT/Computer-related course. Master's degree is preferred but not required.
