About the Role
As an Operational Excellence Manager at ADCI MAA 15 SEZ, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and process improvement. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a small team of automation specialists responsible for end-to-end support operations management of retail categories in various Amazon international marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual plans and strategies for execution, ensuring operational rigor and designing business impact processes that drive process efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on various project milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.
- Design and develop relationships with senior stakeholders in the Retail business, ensuring quality standards for interviewing and hiring employees at all levels of the organization.
- Identify individual strengths of team members and contribute to talent advancement along with succession planning opportunities within the company.
- Responsible for defining and driving functional/business goals, building a data-oriented culture, adoption of technology solutions, and process improvement projects to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years work experience with at least 1 year of experience managing people.
- 1+ year of experience in SQL and Python scripting.
- A background in quantitative decision making, ability to drive business metrics, automate operational tasks, thereby driving process excellence and adoption of different tools and resources.
- Managed critical support functions and processes, with end-to-end business responsibility.
- Skilled in collaborative management environment, succeeding through regular meetings and clear formal and informal communication with members of the remote and local management teams.
- Proven expertise and ability to develop processes and procedures which will enhance the overall efficiency towards automation in all operational tasks.
- Experience in supporting systems build using Java, SQL.
- Hands-on experience in SQL and Python scripting.
- Experience with mid-size relational databases essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree, Certification in process excellence (PMI, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Exposure to working with technology teams and solving operational issues using technology (if required only).
- Willingness to work across shifts during peak period.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to drive projects and ensure closure within stipulated timelines.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
