We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to drive strategic financial planning and decision-making across our organization.
Your Responsibilities:- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analyses, highlighting key drivers of business performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and address business risks, opportunities, and challenges.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models, dashboards, and tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze complex financial data, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage the Month Close Process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Accurately calculate and post accruals, reducing the risk of errors and discrepancies.
- Monitor and analyze journals posted, minimizing non-standard transactions.
- Automate calculations and postings wherever possible, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial guidelines and company policies.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in accounting or equivalent military experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A within a large multinational corporation.
- Familiarity with SAP or other large ERP systems is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
