  • About the Role:">
  • Job Description:">

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting financial operations within our organization. This will involve working closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective financial planning, and timely decision-making.

  • This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. You will also conduct in-depth financial analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and business drivers.

  • Furthermore, you will identify and analyze variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses. You will generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate financial insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Your expertise in power BI/ERP systems will be valuable in this role, as well as your experience working with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business needs.

  • In addition, you will provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making. You will identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance and ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:">

  • We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of analyzing data, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A strong educational background in finance, such as CA Inter or MBA Finance, is preferred. Experience in power BI/ERP systems and knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques are also highly valued.
