
Strategic Customer Engagement Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to implement and optimize customer engagement campaigns using the Braze platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain campaigns in Braze using Liquid templating and Canvas.
- Integrate Braze with backend systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs.
- Implement event tracking, user attributes, and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and translate them into Braze workflows.
- Troubleshoot and optimize message delivery, personalization, and performance.
- Ensure best practices in user privacy, compliance, and data security.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams on using Braze, enabling them to leverage the platform effectively.
- Any other Braze-related IT projects and ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least two years of hands-on experience working with the Braze platform.
- Experience working with Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web).
- Familiarity with Braze Currents and data streaming to external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Segment).
- Ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
