Sr. Relationship Manager-Capital Market
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Qualify and engage with potential clients, working closely with the business development or marketing team to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth conversations with CXOs, founders, or leadership teams to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Create compelling proposals and manage commercial negotiations to drive deals from mid-to-late sales stages to closure.
- Work closely with advisory and execution teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding of clients.
- Track conversion metrics and maintain CRM hygiene to provide regular updates to leadership.
- Nurture long-term client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities post-engagement.
- Travel for business/client engagements across locations as needed.
Required Skill Sets:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to win trust and handle complex conversations.
- Highly organized and goal-oriented with an execution-driven mindset.
- Understanding of financial advisory, fundraising, or professional services business models.
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving skills to drive success.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance and Marketing.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, transaction advisory, or consultative selling.
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-high ticket deals independently.
- Experience working with CRM tools and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
