Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and engage with potential clients, working closely with the business development or marketing team to identify new opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth conversations with CXOs, founders, or leadership teams to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Create compelling proposals and manage commercial negotiations to drive deals from mid-to-late sales stages to closure.
  • Work closely with advisory and execution teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding of clients.
  • Track conversion metrics and maintain CRM hygiene to provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities post-engagement.
  • Travel for business/client engagements across locations as needed.

Required Skill Sets:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to win trust and handle complex conversations.
  • Highly organized and goal-oriented with an execution-driven mindset.
  • Understanding of financial advisory, fundraising, or professional services business models.
  • Analytical thinking with problem-solving skills to drive success.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance and Marketing.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, transaction advisory, or consultative selling.
  • Proven track record of closing mid-to-high ticket deals independently.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
