Job Title: Senior Tester

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Tester to contribute to our company's ongoing success.

The ideal candidate will have real-time experience in creating comprehensive test cases, executing tests efficiently, reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers to ensure defect-free products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality test cases and execute them promptly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using REST Assured for seamless API integration
  • Test cloud-hosted applications and customer-facing applications to ensure user satisfaction
  • Implement quality management principles and practices to drive continuous improvement and automation
  • Analyze results and provide actionable recommendations for process enhancements

Key Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in manual testing
  • Expertise in creating test cases, executing tests, and documenting bugs effectively
  • Proven experience with RESTful Web services API automation using REST Assured for accelerated development
  • A deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
  • Excellent technical skills including proficiency in SQL and troubleshooting abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Nodes/JavaScript experience or other relevant programming languages
  • Extensive API testing experience with a focus on quality assurance
  • Able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring progress, pace, and velocity needs are met
