We are in a phase of rapid expansion to enter into various influencer marketing related services. We are searching for an executive to ensure operational excellence across the organization's influencer marketing vertical.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing our influencer network and relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding client requirements and helping them plan proposals or pitch decks for influencer marketing briefs.
  • Maintaining turnaround times for received briefs, understanding relevancy, and creating detailed proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Researching and recruiting influencers, content creators, and celebrities.
  • Briefing, negotiating, and onboarding influencers, content creators, and celebrities.
  • Maintaining a database of influencers and adding new ones to categories/genres.
  • Building strategic relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Executing campaigns with strong coordination with onboarded influencers and internal teams.
  • Achieving quarterly goals and targets of successful campaign execution.
  • Reviewing key metrics of campaigns and creating insightful reports.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Excellent communication skills and networking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and social media insights/analytics.
  • Ability to work as a team and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Smart negotiation tactics and high interpersonal skills.
  • Client servicing skills.
