A key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Identify, shortlist, and coordinate with influencers to meet campaign requirements.
- Manage communication with influencers regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
- Ensure campaign deliverables are aligned with brand objectives.
- Track live campaigns, monitor content performance, and flag potential issues.
- Maintain campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage documentation and database management for influencer collaborations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, influencer content styles, and new campaign execution practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing (including internships).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with influencers and clients.
- Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
- A problem-solving attitude and eagerness to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
