Design and Deliver Innovative Telephony SolutionsWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to design, develop, deploy, and manage telephony solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in optimizing IVR, ACD & Dialer systems using high-tech methodologies.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, development, deployment, and management of telephony technologies.
  • Experience with Contact Center technologies including Genesys, Alvaria/Aspect, AWS, NICE/INContact, Five9, Nuance, Twilio (TwiML, Studio and Flex), BrightPattern, WFM systems, etc.
  • Optimizing telephony IVR, ACD & Dialer systems using high-tech methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have skills: Cloud platforms, Applications Development, AI.
  • Secondary skills desired on top of above: Cisco, CVP Call STudio/ICM Scripting, SQL, Python, CUCM.

Technical Requirements:

Twilio Flex is a cloud-based platform, so knowledge of cloud computing is essential.
