Job Title: Planning Engineer

Our team is seeking a skilled Planning Engineer to join our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, including milestones and critical path activities.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions, driving continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in planning and estimation for high-rise residential projects.
  • Proven expertise in construction methodologies, materials, and market rates, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with estimation software and MS Excel, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and create actionable reports.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with construction estimating software, such as Autodesk Estimating or PlanGrid.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
