Project Planner Role

This position involves strategic planning, scheduling and tracking of projects on a regular basis through periodic reports.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resources according to project schedules, understanding key milestones and collaborating with relevant teams.
  • Oversee the execution of each stage by providing approved schedules, explaining critical paths and activities, and monitoring site progress.
  • Track site activities, monitor receipt of drawings, material requests, POs and WOs, and prepare activity reports.
  • Prepare and submit various reports, including monthly progress reports, data for estimation departments, and costing reports.
  • Identify potential risks proactively, highlighting them and preparing mitigation strategies immediately.
  • Support Project Managers in raising manpower requirements and ensuring adequacy to meet project timelines.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent planning skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Strong analytical skills are also necessary for this role.

Experience in project management or coordination is highly desirable, but not essential. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and be able to work well under pressure.
