Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned delivery expert to lead the implementation and transformation of digital marketing solutions across geographies.

About The Role

You will be responsible for driving multiple projects simultaneously, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring timely delivery. As a key member of our team, you will foster talent who help clients optimize their digital assets and unlock value in commerce, content, and marketing for global clients.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Lead a team of resources to implement Adobe's digital marketing solutions effectively.
  2. Experience in driving multi-stage projects that direct efficient use of resources, improved cost management through business transformation & technology.
  3. Govern delivery excellence for complex large/small scale digital platforms by setting project quality & performance standards, governing risks and issues.
  4. Structure and manage projects and programs to meet overall objectives and client business drivers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of managing large programs, preferably delivering large enterprise-based applications built using Adobe Experience Cloud products and solutions with overall 15-18+ years of experience.
  • Experience in Waterfall and Agile Scrum based delivery of engagements.
  • High attention to detail, planning, thoroughness, innovative thinker.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing technologies/platforms, toolsets and trends is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, risks, solve them quickly and well.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills, superb organizational skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects.
  • Exceptional team building and team management skills, with proven experience of managing teams in an international environment.
  • Solid understanding of one of the following: Web Content management solutions and processes, Online Analytics solutions, Digital Marketing Campaign solutions.
  • Agile/SCRUM and/or PMI Certification and demonstrated rigor in project management best practices.
  • Experience with creating proposals and presenting offers in response to RFPs and/or RFIs.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Having worked in South East Asia market will be an added advantage.
