Role Overview

- Set up SOP's for the Operations management for scalability

Supply Chain Optimization

- End-to-end supply chain management – from procurement of raw materials to final product delivery.
- Establish structured formats to ensure regular reporting to leadership
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
- Manage and set up inventory flow and ERP implementation to streamline tracking and forecasting.

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Oversee operational budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Work with sales and finance teams to align supply chain planning with demand.
- Manage day-to-day admin functions including compliance, process documentation, and reporting.
- Lead a team of operations executives and ensure process training & efficiency tracking.

Requirements

This role requires 8 to 10 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or production management within B2B, luxury, or tech-enabled businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven decision-making, proactive leadership skills, and hands-on experience with ERP systems, inventory management, and logistics strategy.
