Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience. The successful candidate will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.

This role requires strong leadership and people management abilities, as well as expertise in operational process design and improvement. Analytical thinking with proficiency in data-driven decision-making is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
- Lead underwriting operations to ensure risk assessment aligns with company policies and profitability goals.
- Drive process optimization initiatives across underwriting, policy administration, and claims to reduce costs and improve turnaround times.

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting, or product management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and launching new insurance products.
- Deep understanding of underwriting principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Expertise in operational process design and improvement.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Actuarial Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
