We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our site operations and ensure consistent high-level service quality and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and financial reporting.

 

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Lead and manage site operations to ensure excellent client service and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage revenue and expenses, and monitor compliance to contracts.
  • Train, develop, and motivate employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, including client invoicing and collections, as needed.
  • Analyze market trends to further develop scalable and strategic operations practices.
  • Execution of applicable KPIs per company standard.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum seven years of related experience, including at least five years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage financial aspects of the department, including purchasing, budget preparation, and review, financial reporting, and monitoring expenses.
  • Computer literacy and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications.
