Job Title: Site Manufacturing Excellence Manager

A seasoned Manufacturing Operations Expert is required to drive business performance improvements and excellence in supply chain management.

  • We are seeking a professional with 4-8 years of experience in Consumer Goods manufacturing production improvement projects, Lean sigma certification, and strong knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence principles.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with team leadership, demonstrated ability to implement and sustain culture change, and a strong focus on Process Improvement, Waste Reduction, Efficiency Optimization, Root Cause Analysis, and Problem-Solving Skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To standardize process improvement approach across units and achieve consistent and sustainable results.
  2. To drive Leadership Standards and individual development plan targets via P4G program.
  3. To develop and implement a Performance improvement strategy supporting the USL stretch objectives to deliver the overall Manufacturing Strategy.
  4. To ensure adherence to Global Supply processes and leverage best practice standards to improve performance at USL.
