Job Title: Site Engineering Manager

The role of a Site Engineer is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects. They oversee and manage the day-to-day activities on-site, guaranteeing that they align with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Oversee and manage the day-to-day construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor work on-site to ensure it meets quality and safety standards, as well as any regulatory requirements.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel on the construction site.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Site Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve unexpected issues that may arise during construction, offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about project progress, address their concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree: BTech/ BE Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
