Job Overview:

This role requires a highly skilled IT professional to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and be proactive in resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, printers, and systems.
  • Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal uptime.
  • Managing user accounts, access rights, and security permissions.
  • Providing technical support to employees and resolving IT-related queries.
  • Overseeing data backups, recovery processes, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Implementing and monitoring IT security measures (firewalls, antivirus, patching, etc.).
  • Coordinating with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and service support.
  • Maintaining inventory of IT assets (laptops, desktops, servers, network devices, etc.).
  • Ensuring compliance with IT policies and data protection guidelines.
  • Supporting the onboarding/offboarding process with IT setup and access management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as an IT Administrator/System Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
