About the Opportunity:

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making efforts.

This individual contributor position requires strong financial acumen, deep understanding of SaaS business metrics, and ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.

You will work cross-functionally to provide accurate insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and support key financial initiatives that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Financial Models: Create comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning
  • Financial Result Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial results, providing data-driven insights to senior management and global stakeholders
  • Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports: Prepare and review detailed reports and dashboards for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
  • Data Collection and Validation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure forecast accuracy
  • SaaS Metrics Analysis: Prepare and analyze key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn rate, CAC, and LTV
  • Variance Analysis: Perform variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and financial risks
  • Board Presentations and Investor Communication: Support development of board presentations and investor communication materials
  • Reporting Process Improvement: Streamline and manage recurring reporting processes across regions and product lines
  • Automation and Process Improvement: Drive automation and process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and reduce manual effort
  • Global Finance Team Alignment: Partner closely with global finance teams to align on best practices and improve business decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputable institute
  • Experience: 5+ years in financial planning & analysis or a similar finance role, preferably in supporting SaaS or tech businesses
  • Proven Success: Proven success in managing global stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams

Desirable Technical Skills:

  • Financial Modelling: Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting expertise
  • ERP Systems: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite)
  • Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, BI, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Automation Tools: Exposure to automation tools and process optimization techniques
  • GAAP Compliance: Solid understanding of Indian GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance standards
