Job Summary

A leading organization seeks a highly skilled Strategic Financial Planning Lead to drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the global marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to optimize investments and drive cost efficiencies.
  • Analyze marketing campaign spend, conduct variance analysis, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance data accuracy in tools like Allocadia and Ariba.
  • Presents financial performance and trends to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Drive process improvements and automation across marketing finance workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in a marketing finance function.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Hands-on experience with Allocadia, Ariba, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong communication skills – ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences.
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, MBA, M.Com preferred).
