This is a full-time on-site role where you will be responsible for tasks such as pattern recognition, software development, neural networks, and natural language processing on a day-to-day basis.

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with large language models like GPT, BERT, T5, etc.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar.
  • Expertise in developing and fine-tuning machine learning models, particularly NLP models.
  • Experience deploying machine learning models at scale using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services.
  • Familiarity with model optimization techniques (e.g., pruning, quantization, distillation).
  • Strong frontend development experience with technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A proven track record of publications in high-impact international conferences or journals.
  • Experience with reinforcement learning or multi-agent systems.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and the ability to contribute to advancing the state-of-the-art in AI.
  • Experience with AI model interpretability and explainability.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for pattern recognition and natural language processing.
  • Design and deploy scalable AI solutions using cloud services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our products.
