AI/ML Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled senior AI/ML engineer to design, implement and deploy AI/ML solutions that drive innovation and efficiency.

  • Design and implement AI-driven solutions using advanced frameworks and technologies, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize Langchain (agents, chains, memories, parsers, document loaders), Gen AI and NLP models for specific use cases.
  • Quickly experiment different machine learning models for specific use cases.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly propose feasible solutions and effectively communicate strategy and risk mitigation approaches to leadership.

About the Role:

  • Build and deploy AI-powered applications at scale.
  • Experience in LLM + RAG and building agentic framework.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate into technical requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Overall 4-6 years of experience in software development, particularly AI/ML-based projects.
  2. Must have experience in Azure cloud and databricks setup.
  3. Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
  4. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
  5. Strong expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and conversational AI technologies.
  6. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  7. Familiarity with code versioning tools - Git.
  8. Exposure to retail industry, experience with e-commerce applications.
