Research Scientist Position

We are seeking an accomplished Research Scientist to join our Advanced AI R&D lab team in India. In this role, you will collaborate with a talented group of researchers and engineers to develop novel approaches to solving fundamental scientific problems and challenges from real-world applications.

The team's current research focuses on various areas including:

  • Multi-agent systems for decision-making
  • Trustworthy AI solutions
  • Open-ended AI architectures
  • Generative AI techniques
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct advanced research in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and adjacent fields to address complex and impactful business and societal problems
  2. Design, develop, and optimize models and algorithms involving innovative architecture and training methodologies
  3. Publish research findings in top-tier peer-reviewed journals and conferences
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, AI engineers, domain SMEs, and client teams to transition research prototypes into production-ready solutions

Requirements:

  • PhD in Computer Science or another technical field
  • Theoretical and hands-on experience with LLMs
  • Strong implementation skills in Python
  • Experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Keras, Scikit-Learn
  • Strong problem-solving and analytic skills
