Job Title: Project Operations Specialist

As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of architectural projects. Your primary responsibility will be to support our project managers in planning, tracking, and managing these complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in scheduling, resource allocation, and data analysis to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, contracts, and reports.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in an architecture or construction firm.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with architectural design processes and industry terminology.
  • Experience with financial tracking, invoicing, and contract management.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Procore, Deltek).
