Project Associate Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic professional to support our Cities and Urban Landscape initiatives. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for creating people-centered urban spaces and a strong understanding of project coordination.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of projects focused on complete streets and sustainable urban design. Responsibilities include supporting the development and execution of urban landscape and complete streets projects, conducting site visits and gathering data to inform project planning and design, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.

Key Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in urban planning, landscape design, or project coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with government agencies and NGOs
  • Experience in conducting site audits and surveys
  • Knowledge of complete streets design principles
