Job Title: Landscape Architect

Job Description

Develop and Deliver High-Quality Landscape Designs:

  • Plan and design conceptual and detailed landscape schemes for residential and commercial projects.
  • Create masterplans, layout plans, planting schemes, hardscape designs, and other design drawings to bring project visions to life.
  • Collaborate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental consultants to deliver integrated project solutions.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with local municipal norms, environmental regulations, and project-specific guidelines to mitigate risk.
  • Oversee landscape design implementation at project sites and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion.
  • Review landscape BOQs, cost estimates, and construction drawings to optimize project efficiency.
  • Conduct site assessments, soil analysis, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
  • Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design documentation for internal approvals and client presentations.
  • Represent the team as a Landscape design expert at meetings with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputable Institute.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in Landscape Consultancy and Real Estate/ large-scale development projects.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Photoshop, and Revit is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Landscape architectural design, hardscape materials, softscape/horticulture, planting design, soil conditions, subsoil and surface drainage systems, irrigation, and lighting systems.
  • Familiarity with local development regulations, permissions, and Environmental norms (MoEF).
  • Excellent design visualization, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects Pan-India and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
