About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Technical Business Analyst-Digital Adoption Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving digital adoption for our global customers.

You will be responsible for working closely with customers to identify their training needs and understanding their applications and processes. Your primary goal will be to deliver innovative solutions that bring process efficiency to our customers.

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and experience in software development. You should have hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, and a knack for understanding systems, architecture, and security aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to our customers using our Product Ecosystem.
  • Create content using our Studio Editor to suit customer use cases.
  • Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant professional experience.
  • 1-5 years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, and a knack for understanding systems, architecture, and security aspects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
