About the Role:

Overview:

The ideal candidate will combine in-depth knowledge of our platform with excellent communication skills to ensure effective delivery and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify target audiences' training needs and acquire an understanding of customer applications and processes

• Manage numerous projects and initiatives concurrently

• Develop standards and guidelines for consistency in deliverables

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions

• Consult on optimal digital adoption solutions using our Product Ecosystem

• Analyze and optimize solutions to increase digital adoption usage

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management or Software Development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong learning appetite to become an expert on our Products through Certification Programs

• In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with an analytical mindset
