Job Role

We offer vernacular content and interactive learning, breaking the entry barrier for learning tech skills. Our learners achieve higher comprehension, deeper attention, longer retention, and greater outcomes due to learning in their mother tongue.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Pre-Sales executives and Business Development Managers to achieve sales-qualified leads targets.

Key responsibilities include monitoring team performance, continuously training the team to improve performance and qualification rate, counselling learning prospects, and taking responsibility for ensuring the entire Pre-Sales closing life cycle.

  • Directly responsible for the performance & growth of Manager-level & Associates-level Pre-Sales executives
  • Lead team of Business Development Managers & Associates to achieve a given sales-qualified leads target
  • Continuously monitor and train the team to improve performance and qualification rate
  • Counselling learning prospects, offering career advice, and providing a sense of how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their career

Our ideal candidate has at least 5+ years of experience in sales/Pre-sales - Ed tech and proven experience of 3+ years in managing & heading Sales/Pre-Sales teams. They should have excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales/Pre-sales - Ed tech
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in managing & heading Sales/Pre-Sales teams
