Test Engineer for Software Development

This is a contract role that requires a flexible work schedule.
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Test Engineer to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, identify and resolve defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing ATF and a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, functional, and detailed design documents. They will also be expected to execute tests to validate functionality, including regression testing to ensure new changes or enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Identify, document, and report defects found during testing.
- Coordinate and collaborate with client teams for completion of integration and user acceptance testing.
- Design and implement ATF in ServiceNow.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 2-6 years' experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow.
