Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Professional

Job Summary:

As a key member of our software quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards of our software products. Your role will involve developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications using various testing techniques.

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications using various testing techniques including automation, manual, regression, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software products meet high-quality standards and customer needs.
  • Design and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, and other open-source automation tools.
  • Design and maintain test environments, including setting up test data, configuring hardware and software, and maintaining the stability and security of the test environment.
  • Report and track software defects using bug tracking tools and ensure that defects are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Analyse and communicate test results and test progress to stakeholders including development teams and senior leadership.
  • Continuously improve the testing process by implementing best practices, tools, and techniques to improve test coverage and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related field. Relevant work experience in software testing and quality assurance is required. Additionally, familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, JMeter and other open-source automation tools is preferred.
