  • As a seasoned technical professional, you will be responsible for developing and debugging complex codes, as well as collaborating with the team to implement new features or fix defects.
  • With a flexible approach to learning, you will be expected to adapt to new technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will lead the technical design process from concept to successful deployment, ensuring that all aspects of the project are meticulously planned and executed.
  • Key responsibilities include managing project communications with stakeholders across regions, driving technical delivery, and overseeing project scope, risk, dependency, and quality management.
  • You will also develop strategies for complex technical landscapes and interface with various enterprise applications and multi-cloud technology stacks.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for agile project management, resource allocation, and utilization, as well as mentoring team members on technical aspects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You should have extensive knowledge of Salesforce Certified Application Architect OR System Architect, as well as certifications in Salesforce Certified Platform Developer – II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning/LWC & Apex.
  • A strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Component (LWC), Lightning Data Service (LDS), Dynamic Forms, Lightning Cache, and Custom Components Development is essential.
  • Experience with Apex Class, Apex Trigger, Async Apex, Apex Integration Services (REST/SOAP), Apex Bulk API, Metadata API, Tooling API, and handling Large Data Volume (LDV) is highly desirable.
  • Platform Events (PE) and Change Data Capture (CDC) are also key areas of focus.
