SAP SuccessFactors EC Expert

Experience is being sought for an Employee Central (EC) Consultant who will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and enhancing SuccessFactors EC solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) projects or support.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
- Configure EC modules including Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation Objects, Associations and Events.
- Integrate EC with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Handle data migration, validation and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide training and documentation to end-users and client stakeholders.
- Support post-go-live activities including issue resolution and change requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors EC.
- Deep knowledge of EC modules such as Position Management, Job Info, Personal Info and Global Benefits.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors EC. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
