Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that align with our business objectives.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business requirements, design and develop technical solutions, and implement them in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • You will provide technical expertise and support to the organization's products, services, and processes, ensuring that they meet business requirements and are optimized for performance.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs and provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Analysis and Design: Perform system analysis, design, and programming activities to support project goals and objectives.
  2. Technical Implementation: Implement and maintain technical solutions and systems to ensure optimum performance and alignment with business requirements.
  3. Techinical Documentation: Develop technical documentation and user manuals to support system implementation and maintenance.
  4. Performance Analysis: Conduct performance analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation of technical issues.
  5. Policies and Procedures: Participate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards related to technical solutions and systems.
