Senior Financial Planning and Budgeting Specialist

Are you an expert in Oracle EPM solutions with a passion for delivering high-quality financial planning and budgeting systems? As a Senior Financial Planning and Budgeting Specialist, you will play a key role in defining requirements and designing applications that meet the needs of our business.

  • This is a Techno-Functional role that requires strong leadership skills, deep subject matter expertise (SME), and hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS and Hyperion Planning (Cloud and On-Premise).
  • You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output, taking responsibility for technical and functional decisions across the team.
  • As an SME for Oracle EPBCS, you will lead design and implementation discussions, engage with multiple internal and external teams, and contribute to critical project-level decisions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS)
  • Overall 9+ years of experience in Oracle EPM as a Techno-Functional Consultant
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • EPBCS/PBCS configuration and customization
  • Forecasting and budgeting in Essbase
  • Performance tuning of EPBCS applications
  • Data and metadata loading using FDM, ODI, MDM, Connection Manager

  • As a Senior Financial Planning and Budgeting Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing EPBCS solutions, including web forms, task lists, business rules, calculation scripts, and hyperion planning.
  • You will also have the opportunity to work on data and metadata loading using FDM, ODI, MDM, connection manager, and performance tuning of EPBCS applications.
