Job Title: Senior Digital Transformation Lead

Location: Hyderabad, India

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven leader to fill the role of Senior Digital Transformation Lead. The primary responsibility is to cultivate a strong digital culture and brand within the center, attracting and retaining top talent to support business growth, and for executing the company's vision and strategy.

This leadership position enables the achievement of business goals, service levels, performance, productivity, cost targets, and successful program implementations. The leader will provide strategic guidance with cross-functional teams, leading innovation and technology advancements in Software Engineering and Cloud Engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide vision, leadership, and direction & responsible for the day-to-day operations, governance, and marketing of the center.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital transformation strategies that meet business needs and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Software Engineering and Cloud Engineering initiatives that drive innovation and accelerate business execution.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain local policies, procedures, and systems designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the site.
  • Ensure adherence to company ethical codes of conduct and quality standards.
  • Manage local vendor relationships and service level agreements to ensure high-quality services and timely delivery.
  • Serve as a coach for the team and establish Company's strategy and relevant operating model(s).
  • Support to Global functional teams such as HR, Finance, EBS, etc in managing their functions and teams in country.
  • Build an employer of choice brand and develop innovation programs.
  • Evangelize across teams globally and manage performance by effectively leading teams to ensure that expectations and standards are met.

Salary Estimate: ₹ 3,500,000 - ₹ 5,000,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in digital innovation project management, including development and execution of successful programs aimed at delivering value to customers.
  • Strong understanding of the latest digital innovation methodologies and technologies within Software Engineering and Cloud Engineering disciplines.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a leadership role in a multinational organization.
  • Experience leading and managing global, cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
