Senior API Management Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior API Management Developer to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing API management solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement API integration solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain APIs using IBM API Connect (APIC) and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and governance of APIs.
  • Implement security measures such as OAuth, JWT, MTLS, and API gateway patterns to ensure secure API access.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop API-led architecture.
  • Participate in Agile environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in API management and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of REST API, API lifecycle management, and API governance.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation for API deployment.
  • Proficiency in API-led architecture and experience with API management tools.
  • Familiarity with Observability concepts, Open Telemetry, and Splunk.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
