Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR professional to oversee our facilities management, employee relations, and performance management tasks. This role involves ensuring a smooth transition for new employees, organizing activities to boost employee morale and productivity, conducting regular check-ins and appraisals, addressing employee concerns, and implementing fire safety protocols.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management: Oversee daily operations of facilities, including maintenance and repairs.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular check-ins and appraisals to monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new employees by providing necessary information and support.
- Employee Engagement: Organize and implement activities to boost employee morale and productivity.
- Fire and Safety: Implement fire safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Internet and Communication: Manage internet services and communication systems.
- Minor Projects: Oversee minor civil and MEP repair works.
- Soft Services: Manage housekeeping, security, and indoor plants.
- Cafeteria Services: Plan and execute cafeteria operations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels.
- Vendor Management: Maintain vendor lists and ensure compliance.
- Compliance: Ensure building fire approval and lift approval.
Requirements
- HR Generalist Skills: Knowledge of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
- Employee Engagement: Ability to engage and motivate employees.
- Performance Management: Skill in conducting regular check-ins and appraisals.
- Employee Communication: Excellent communication skills to address employee concerns.
