Job Summary

This role involves ensuring a smooth transition for new employees, organizing activities to boost employee morale and productivity, conducting regular check-ins and appraisals, addressing employee concerns, and implementing fire safety protocols.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Management: Oversee daily operations of facilities, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular check-ins and appraisals to monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new employees by providing necessary information and support.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize and implement activities to boost employee morale and productivity.
  • Fire and Safety: Implement fire safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Internet and Communication: Manage internet services and communication systems.
  • Minor Projects: Oversee minor civil and MEP repair works.
  • Soft Services: Manage housekeeping, security, and indoor plants.
  • Cafeteria Services: Plan and execute cafeteria operations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain vendor lists and ensure compliance.
  • Compliance: Ensure building fire approval and lift approval.

Requirements
