Job Overview

A senior legal associate is required to work with a boutique law firm. The role involves preparing legal documents, analyzing legal issues, and providing expert legal advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing Legal Documents: Prepare comprehensive legal documents and manage case files effectively.
  • Analyzing Legal Issues: Conduct thorough research and analyze complex legal issues to provide informed recommendations.
  • Providing Expert Advice: Offer expert legal advice to clients, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to make informed decisions.
  • Court Attendance: Attend court hearings, negotiations, and arbitration sessions to represent clients effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 08 years' experience in Indirect Tax, Power Sector, Shipping Laws, and Dispute Resolution. They should also possess proficiency in Law and handling Legal Issues, excellent Communication skills, strong research and case management skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Additionally, membership in good standing with the Bar Council is essential.
