Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HCM technical specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems.
  • Develop HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems.
  • Develop Reports using BI Publisher.
  • Perform data conversion using HDL.
  • Develop fast formulas.
  • Fully understand at least two HCM modules, including Core HR.
  • Have knowledge of the Redwood framework.
  • Understand Journey configuration.
  • Perform page personalizations and customizations using VBS.
  • Migrate existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs.
  • Nice to have OIC development skills & experience.
  • Nice to have VB development skills & experience.
  • Prepare and submit technical documentation.
  • Participate in requirement collection discussion with business.
  • Manage integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Provide training and support to business users.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective.
  • Collaborate with the Oracle Support on issues that require escalated support.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant.
    • Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • HCM Cloud functional certifications are a plus.
